After more than a year of operation of the intellectual property management system, on August 26, 2020, Fangli Technology accepted the on-site review by the Zhongzhi (Beijing) certification agency. The departments audited this time are management representatives, management department, marketing center, and manufacturing center. The heads of each department actively participate in the on-site audit work and provide records of the system operation. After a day of intense review, Fangli Technology passed this annual review and was recognized by the certification body, declaring that Fangli Technology’s intellectual property management system was operating effectively.
Relying on standardized, institutionalized, scientific, and systematic intellectual property implementation work, enterprises will enter the fast lane of development.
The implementation of intellectual property standards refers to the implementation of GB/T29490-2013 "Enterprise Intellectual Property Management Regulations", referred to as implementation of standards. It is jointly formulated by eight ministries and commissions: the Intellectual Property Office, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Commerce, the National Certification and Accreditation Administration, the National Standards Commission, the National Defense Science and Technology Bureau, and the General Armament Department.

1. Standardize the basic conditions for enterprise intellectual property management
The company has clear intellectual property management policies and management objectives. And implement "leadership implementation, institution implementation, system implementation, personnel implementation, and funding implementation" for intellectual property management. 2. Standardize the resource management of intellectual property
Revolve around enterprise human resource management, financial resource management, and information resource management. Corresponding regulations can be made for the intellectual property matters involved in the above management activities.

The various activities related to intellectual property rights involved in the production and operation of the enterprise shall be recorded and archived accordingly. In particular, clear requirements are made for the management of internal and external contracts of enterprises.
6. Clearly stipulate that enterprises establish a dynamic management mechanism for intellectual property rights
Enterprises conduct regular inspections and analysis of their own intellectual property management work, and compare management objectives to formulate corresponding improvement measures for problems existing in the management work to ensure the realization of management objectives.
