          The company established a post-doctoral workstation at the end of 2015 and successfully introduced Shan Lei, a Ph.D. from Ningbo Institute of Materials Technology and Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences. As a technical backbone, Dr. Shan Lei participated in the Xutiao National Science and Technology Major Special Project. In 2017, he was selected as the 151 Talent Project of Zhejiang Province, the second level of Ningbo Leading and Top Talent Project.
